Otello
A metaphorical combination of contemporary theater sets, costumes and Venetian Carnival masks and one of the most beautiful Kiev exhibitions of the 2000s. A tragic tale of disgrace and passion between army general Othello and young Italian aristocrat Desdemona, during the 16th century Turkish–Venetian War. "Othello is different. That's his tragedy, that he tries to become like everyone else in order not to lose Desdemona. But he is not meant to be "like everyone else", this, perhaps, is not meant for anyone." (Anatoly Hostikoev).
